Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We don’t list houses on the MLS. Here at Simply Sold NEO, we are professional home buyers: We buy houses in Northeast Ohio, and we don’t use bank financing so you don’t have to worry about our ability to close on a deal. After we buy a house, we typically renovate the house and resell it to another homeowner. Helping both the seller and the future buyer is why we do what we do.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: We pay a fair price based on the condition of the house. We of course need to make money too, but you will save money by not paying any extra fees, closing costs, or by not making any repairs. We also can close quickly, so you won’t keep paying taxes, utilities, and mortgage payments month after month. You’ll have cash in hand and we’ll worry about the rest.
Q: Why are you interested in buying my house?
A: There are simply not enough good homes in Northeast Ohio for the amount of people that need them. Q: How are you different from selling with a real estate agent?

Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3 to 6% of the sale price of your house. If it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 to $6,000 in commissions to an agent.
